Good news for all those android music junkies out there as Google has just rolled out an updated version of Google Play Music 4.5.9.
Google Play Music comes as the default and pre-installed music player application for all current Android powered devices and just managed to get a lot more zing to it. The latest update comes with a new feature that allows to keep mixes with more than 25 tracks at one time and an updated album art for tracks without one.
There is now also the ability to shuffle through an entire playlist, album or even an artist. Even the home screen widget has been updated with a button to go back to the previous track. Pinning has also been updated on album and playlist pages that will allow you to monitor them as they happen.
Last yet not least though, it has come with a few major bug fixes, one of which is meant for Samsung Galaxy S III owners for whom the app used to freeze up at random intervals.
If you haven’t gotten the update or don’t have the new Play Music app yet, you can download it from here.
